Ocean City Maryland ‑‑ Vacation Memories Scrapbook Photo Submission Terms and Conditions
By submitting photos to the Town of Ocean City Maryland Department of Tourism, I accept the following Terms and Conditions:
I give my express consent to the public posting of my photo on the www.ococean.com tourism website if my photo is used.
The photo that I am submitting is my original work and that I am the owner of the work. No one else possesses any copyright interest and that no one’s copyright would be violated.
That the photo is a true original and not been digitally or otherwise altered.
That the information submitted is true and correct.
That I am at least 18 years old.
By submitting the photo I am giving the Town of Ocean City Maryland, Department of Tourism, a perpetual, royalty‑free, worldwide unrestricted license to use the photo for its business purposes, including Vacation Memories Scrapbook and photo archives. All photographs and resulting manipulations or those photographs shall be the sole property of the Town of Ocean City and/or the Ocean City Maryland Department of Tourism.
I understand and acknowledge that the Town of Ocean City, Maryland Department of Tourism chooses the photos to be used in its sole and absolute discretion and all decisions made by Town of Ocean City Department of Tourism are final. I also understand and acknowledge that by submitting a photo Town of Ocean City Maryland Department of Tourism does not guarantee acceptance or publication of the photo.
I HEREBY RELEASE and discharge the said Town of Ocean City and/or Ocean City Maryland Department of Tourism, their agents, servants and/or employees, for and on account of any and all of the above referenced uses and acts and all liability for damages of every kind, nature and description now existing or which hereafter arises from or out of any injuries, damages, known and unknown, permanent or otherwise, received by me.
