I know dogs aren't allowed on the Boardwalk during the Summer season, but are they allowed if you hold them in a carrier or backpack? Thanks!

Dogs (except ADA service animals) are not allowed on the beach or boardwalk at all during the summer. This prohibition includes dogs in your lap, arms, bags, backpacks, strollers, pet carriers, or any other container.
