Where are the boardwalks that are laid further out down the beach?

These walkways out onto the beach are near the south end of town. They are every block or two from from about 4th Street to the inlet at the south end of town.

Centreville, VA Answered: August 5, 2019 Insider Since 2010They are located below 2nd Street. The walkways extend about halfway into the beach area. You can also get closer to the ocean by walking towards the fishing pier and taking the steps down into the sand. That is the shortest walk to the ocean.
