Are there any public lockers I can rent for the day? I am coming on a bus and don't want to carry everything.

That's a great question unfortunately I do not believe there are any public lockers to rent for the day.
You could call Jolly Rogers as they have lockers for people using the water park. Their number is 410-289-3477.
