We are visiting the last week of October. Will boardwalk stores still be open? Are restaurants in the area still open?

Hi Matt, yes some of the stores are likely to be open as will some of the restaurants. Come on down and see for yourself. There will be fall and Halloween activities going on. To learn more, visit http://www.ococean.com.
Many restaurants will still be open all over town, and some of the boardwalk shops and other businesses. More stuff will be open on Friday-Sunday than during th rest of the week. You will not have any trouble finding things to do or places to eat.
Boardwalk stores will be open on the weekends, most likely from 10 am to late afternoon. Half the restaurants will be open. BJ's, Fager's, Dead Freddies, Seacrets, Big Peckers and Ropewalk are open year-round.
