Experience a weekend of excitement at Sunfest, from dog events to thrilling beach maze adventures and tractor rides. Whether you plan to relax by the beach bonfire, parade with your pet, or race pumpkins, Sunfest offers it all!

The Halloween Beach Maze

October 23-26 | Thurs-Sun 10am-5pm

Located on N. Division Street, the Halloween Beach Maze starts Octoberfest. Children of all ages can enjoy a pleasant scream as they meander the sands of the giant, bigger and better beach maze! Wicked witches, pirates of the sand, scary scarecrows, ghouls in the graveyard, zombies and more will add to the excitement.

The maze includes an eye spy game, with prizes to everyone who makes it out of the maze. Plus, hourly door prizes for the winners of the game.

The event is free and open to the public.

Footvolley Clinics & Demos

October 23-26 | Thurs-Sun 10am-5pm

All weekend long, check out the Foot Volley excitement right on the beach! Enjoy public clinics to try out the newest beach sport, and watch the pros in action with Pro Athlete Demonstrations!

Thursday & Friday: Open to public; Clinics to try footvolley (mini courts)

Beach Bicycle Show-N-Shine

Saturday, October 25 | 10am-5:30pm

Sunfest’s Bicycle Show-N-Shine & Swap Meet offers two opportunities to showcase your wares. Bring your vintage, modern or custom bikes to show and participate in judging – AND – show, sell or trade bicycle-related products and parts. The bike events take place from 10:00am to 5:30pm. Judging will take place from 2:30pm to 5:00pm with awards presented prior to 5:30pm.

Space is limited and requests are not guaranteed. Event is subject to weather. Additional information will be provided closer to the event related to load-in and load-out times and procedures. Registration is required. There is no fee to participate. Learn more.

Drive in Disguise

Saturday, October 25 | 3:00 pm

This beach parade, hosted by the Ocean City Jeep Club, will travel southbound along the coast and set up on the boardwalk between Caroline Street and the amusement pier. At this time, the Drive in Disguise becomes a Truck or Treat. The event is expected to begin between 3:30-4:00pm and will last as long as the participants have treats to give – and it goes quickly.

Radio Ocean City will emcee this festive event.

Beach Bonfire

Saturday, October 25 | 5:30-7pm

As the sun sets, Ocean City's Sunfest comes alive. Gather on the beach for a cozy bonfire on Saturday evening while you enjoy listing to live music until 7pm. Following the music, fireworks will close out the night!

Rise and Shine with Peaceful Beach Yoga

Sunday, October 26th | 8:30 am

Flow with the sunrise, feel the ocean breeze, and start your day refreshed and centered.

This is a FREE community event hosted by Sunfest & Lish from Pure Yoga. Donations Welcome.

The Great Pumpkin Race

Sunday, October 26 | 1:00 pm (Registration at 12:00 pm)

Build your own pumpkin race car to bring and compete in The Great Pumpkin Race! This wacky and zany side-by-side downhill race with include lots of room to spare for spectators. Registration starts at noon, and the race starts at 1 p.m. Prizes will be awarded in each division as well as for creativity.

Sunfest ‘25 brings a line up dedicated to our furry family members with special events to suit their interests and skills!

Howl-O-Ween Pet Parade and Pageant

Saturday, October 25 | 1:00 pm (Registration at 12:00 pm)

Octoberfest’s most popular event, the Howl-O-Ween Pet Parade & Pageant is back at Sunfest ‘25! Dress up your pets and parade the boards or sit back, relax, and cheer for your favorite. Lots of prizes & surprises will be awarded. While the event is free to participate, donation of pet supplies and monetary donations will be collected for the Worcester County Humane Society. They might even have a few furry friends with them that are up for adoption. Registration starts at noon, and the parade starts at 1 p.m. on North Division Street.

Delmarva Dock Dogs

Thursday, October 23 - Sunday, October 26

Extreme speed and big air come to Sunfest for days of jumping, retrieving and sopping wet Olympian dogs! Delmarva Dock Dogs is an active local chapter of Dock Dogs Worldwide, the sanctioning body for international dock jumping, dock diving and dog performance sports.

Each dog/handler competition team competes head-to-head to see who can jump the furthest (not the handler, the dog), swim the fastest and leap the highest. It’s the real deal with seasoned competitors competing for real season points and positioning toward the championships.
