Nicole Schlicht has been an Ocean City resident for over 25 years. As the Partner Relations Manager for OC Tourism, Nicole marries her love for showcasing all things Ocean City to new & returning visitors as well as connecting with partners & elevating their marketing for premier visibility.  Nicole has spent 15 summers in the Ocean City hospitality industry before transitioning to a career in sales and public relations. When not promoting Ocean City, Nicole can be found outdoors soaking in the sunshine or on the water with her husband & children.
