Nicole Schlicht has been an Ocean City resident for over 27 years. As the Destination Engagement Manager for OC Tourism, Nicole combines her passion for showcasing Ocean City to new & returning visitors with building partnerships and supporting their marketing for greater visibility.  Nicole has spent 15 summers in the Ocean City hospitality industry before transitioning to a career in sales and public relations. When not promoting Ocean City, Nicole can be found outdoors soaking in the sunshine or on the water with her husband & children.
