Playing a winter sport when scorching outside may seem odd, but a frigid indoor activity is perfect for beating the summer heat. Pack warm clothes and head to the Carousel Oceanfront Hotel for icy fun. Ice Rink Hours are Sunday - Thursday: 10 am - 4 pm; 7:45 pm - 10 pm, Friday: 10 am - 10 pm Saturday: 11 am - 4 pm; 7:45 pm - 10 pm. It's ok if you don't skate, as Next Ice Age skaters will perform FREE summer ice shows from June – August at 6:30 pm (no shows on Fridays).

Escape the heat for the AC at Escapomania. This exciting escape room will simultaneously make you feel like Indiana Jones and Sherlock Holmes. Part adventure, part intriguing storyline, and an assemblage of puzzles and riddles you and your team need to solve to make your escape. This unique experience allows visitors to peel back the curtain and see the inner workings of an actual grain-to-glass distillery situated in one of the largest entertainment resorts in the United States. Seacrets Distilling Company put Ocean City, MD on the map as the first distillery built in Worcester County since the end of Prohibition in 1933.
