Ocean City is literally surrounded by water, so it’s no surprise that many locals own a boat. Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Isle of Wight Bay, it is no wonder Ocean City is known as a boater's paradise.

Though millions of visitors come to the beach every summer, not many have had the opportunity to experience the city by boat. For many locals, boating is a way of life. We look forward to boating rituals throughout the season such as beaching the boat at the “Sandbar” near Hooper’s Crab House, watching the OC Air Show & 4th of July fireworks in the Isle of Wight Bay, or boat hop to many of the local bay front restaurants. Like me, you don't want to sit on the sidelines and watch everyone have fun, you want to experience it for yourself.

Thanks to our local businesses, you can experience what life on the bay is like, even if you don’t own a boat.
